Jilly Tyler is the creator and owner of Weeknight Cook. Jilly has taken the male dominated meat industry by storm and has created fresh, delicious and guilt-free meals. With two teenage boys of her own, Jilly wanted to create a range that would suit the whole family. The idea of Weeknight cook was born and she hasn't looked back since.

These easy to use meal kits have the consumer in mind with fresh ingredients, they are easy to cook and gluten free! Perfect for a date night at home, a family meal after evening sport or just a simple meal for two.

Jilly has worked in the family run beef business for years. She has worked within the beef industry with strong family ties. Passion for family and quality beef drives her want to deliver tasty, wholesome meals to the market. 

Jilly resides in Dalby, Queensland with husband and her two teenage boys, Jack and Nick.
